Internal Quality Assurance Cell
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is an institutional mechanism established for the continuous improvement of academic, administrative and quality-related activities of the University.
The IQAC of Madhabdev University works as a facilitative and participative body for developing a quality culture in the institution. It supports systematic planning, documentation, monitoring, evaluation and continuous enhancement of teaching-learning, research, extension and governance activities.
The Cell encourages quality initiatives through regular interaction with departments, faculty members, students, administrative units and other stakeholders. It also assists in the preparation of quality-related reports, institutional data, feedback analysis and documentation required for accreditation and academic development.

Objectives of IQAC
Quality Enhancement
To plan, guide and monitor quality enhancement initiatives in teaching, learning, evaluation, research and institutional governance.
Academic Excellence
To promote academic reforms, outcome-based education, curriculum enrichment and effective student support mechanisms.
Documentation
To maintain proper records, reports, minutes, feedback data, AQAR-related documents and other quality assurance files.
Stakeholder Feedback
To obtain and analyse feedback from students, teachers, alumni, parents and employers for continuous improvement.
Functions of IQAC
- Development and application of quality benchmarks for institutional activities.
- Facilitating learner-centric teaching-learning practices.
- Arrangement of feedback response from stakeholders on quality-related processes.
- Organization of workshops, seminars and quality improvement programmes.
- Preparation and submission of AQAR and other quality assurance reports.
- Coordination of institutional documentation for NAAC and other accreditation purposes.
- Promotion of best practices among departments and administrative units.
