BA/BSc 1st Semester Application Form Fill-Up Process

Before starting your Form Fill-up “Be Ready with Following Documents”
* One Active Mobile Number and Email id with you. Information will be sent to the Registered Mobile Number / Email id only. The Mobile Number and Email id must not be changed during your entire study period in this institution.
* One Front Face Clear Looking Passport Sized Coloured Photograph {(200(H) x 277(V) pixel, (Below 100 KB)}
* Scan/Image Copy of Class X and XII Passed “Marks Sheet”.
* Scan/Image Copy of Class X and XII “Pass Certificate”.
* One Bank Account Number of Self or Parents with Name of Account Holder, Bank Name, Branch Name and IFSC & MICR Code. The same cannot be changed during the tenure in the University otherwise the student will be deprived from the Govt. beneficiary schemes.
* The student must furnish any one of following documents to prove his/her State of Domicile – PRC/Voter identity card of self or parents/NRC of self or parents/ AADHAAR card of self or parents/ BPL Card of family/ Birth certificate issued by Registrar of Birth and Death/ passport of self or parents.

Step by Step Guidelines:
1. Click on Applicant Registration button
2. Register yourself with your Basic Details like DHE Unique ID, Name, Active Mobile Number, Valid Email id and log in password.
3. After submitting mobile number, click on generate OTP Button you will get a numeric pin.
4. Now Login with your Mobile Number & Password in Login Page Link.
5. Select Your Class & Submit Your details according to the form.
6. After this step, you need to click on Save & Next button to fill Personal Details / Academic Details & Documents Upload Process.
7. Check Your Form Very Carefully Before Submitting, After Final Submit you can’t Edit Your Form.
8. Take a Print Out of the Submitted Application Form and submit the same along with photocopies of the supporting documents to the University at the time of Offline Admission.
9. You Can Collect the Generated Application Form in Your Registered Email ID or Your Dashboard Account Also.
10. Keep store all SMS received during Online Process on your Registered Mobile Number, Email and in Your Dashboard to get all Information on time.
